option, you can choose how far back into the database you
would like to search for resumes.

Locations
|
Select the 'Are willing to work
in...' box if you want your results to include candidates
who have identified that location as an area they are
interested in working.
Select the 'Currently reside in...' box if you want
your search to target candidates who live in a specific
country or state.
Both
options will return matches based on your level of resume
database access.
Select up to five locations from the 'locations'
list.
By selecting a specific location, you narrow your search
results to more accurately suit your needs. The 'Current'
location criterion refers to the state (or country) the
candidate included in their address. The 'Willing to work
in...' criterion refers to the areas that the candidate has
identified as target locations.
By choosing "All Locations" your search will include
resumes that are not specific to any particular area, but
will include candidates from the resume database to which
you have access.
Note: If you click the 'Currently reside in…' box,
returned resumes will only include matches at the state
level.
