To search for resumes:

Select the Resume
Database(s) to Search
(Applicable if you have access to multiple databases.)
  • ChiefMonster - Search in the ChiefMonster resume database.
  • Monster - Search in Monster's resume database. (Note : Searches for the Monster database will return only those candidates searchable in the locations to which you have access.)
  • Private Database - Search only in your company's private resume database.

You can search in all the resume databases by checking all options.

Resumes Received
With this option, you can choose how far back into the database you would like to search for resumes.

  • If you select 'Today', only those resumes that were posted by candidates on the current date will be retrieved.
  • Other selections, such as 'Yesterday' or 'Up to 2 days ago' will retrieve resumes posted accordingly.

Locations
  • Select the 'Are willing to work in...' box if you want your results to include candidates who have identified that location as an area they are interested in working.
  • Select the 'Currently reside in...' box if you want your search to target candidates who live in a specific country or state.
  • Both options will return matches based on your level of resume database access.

Select up to five locations from the 'locations' list.

By selecting a specific location, you narrow your search results to more accurately suit your needs. The 'Current' location criterion refers to the state (or country) the candidate included in their address. The 'Willing to work in...' criterion refers to the areas that the candidate has identified as target locations.

By choosing "All Locations" your search will include resumes that are not specific to any particular area, but will include candidates from the resume database to which you have access.

Note: If you click the 'Currently reside in…' box, returned resumes will only include matches at the state level.

    Work Authorization

    • Select the 'Are authorized for any employer' box if you want your results to contain candidates that have no hire restrictions within selected countries.
    • Select the 'Are authorized for current employer' box if you want your results to contain candidates who are authorized by their current employer to work within selected countries.
    • Select the 'Require sponsorship to work in the selected country(ies)' box if you want your results to contain candidates who require sponsorship within selected countries.

Note: Status selected will apply for all countries chosen.
