How do I participate in ChiefMonster? |
ChiefMonster begins with a qualification process, through which a snapshot is developed of your executive-level experience. As you answer each of the qualification questions, your personal responses are benchmarked with the responses of other executive level executives to give you an immediate, visual representation of how your experience compares to your peers. Upon successful completion of the qualification process, your ChiefMonster account is created and you are introduced to ChiefMonster's features: |
•

•
Create My Profile, including your biography, resume, background, association with boards, preferences, and other information |

Why do I need to go through the qualification process to be able to use ChiefMonster? |
ChiefMonster is an offering developed exclusively for executive level job seekers and employers seeking executive level talent. ChiefMonster's qualification functionality ensures that you and each of your ChiefMonster peers meet the requirements for membership and that your experience with our service will not be compromised. |

3.
What happens if my qualification process is unsuccessful? |
If your responses to the qualification process reflect areas for development in your background, ChiefMonster will make several suggestions and recommend a path to My Monster and other resources in Monster for additional executive-level opportunities and appropriate career coaching. You are invited to return to the qualification survey at a later date as appropriate. |
4.
If my qualification process is unsuccessful, what happens to the information I entered? |
Confidentiality is key to the ChiefMonster experience. To protect your confidentiality, if your qualification process is unsuccessful, your responses are not saved. |
5.
Where do ChiefMonster's qualification and My Profile questions come from? |
The qualification and profile process were developed as a result of extensive research with executive search firms, executive level job seekers, venture capital firms, and other sources in the professional community. |
6.
I currently hold a "C" title with my present employer. Why was my ChiefMonster qualification process unsuccessful? |
Holding a executive level position certainly is significant. However, because several elements -- of which your current title is one -- are considered in concert to determine the success of your individual qualification process, we must look at the overall experience of the prospective job seekers, not just title and/or compensation. |
7.
How long will I have to wait before I can try the qualification process again? |
We strongly encourage you to return to ChiefMonster as your career progresses and you have made significant developments in your career profile. |
8.
Why am I not able to immediately return to the qualification process? |
Returning to the qualification process at a later date allows you time to examine and address areas of development in your career profile. Again, we invite you to return to the qualification process when your experience reflects additional senior executive-level experience. |
9.
What happens if I accidentally enter incorrect information in ChiefMonster's qualification process? |
ChiefMonster will provide you with an email address where you can write to us and inform us about your situation. You will receive a response via email within two business days. |
10.
I question whether my experience can be evaluated fairly on the basis of my responses to the ChiefMonster qualification process. How can I get around this? |
The ChiefMonster qualification process was developed with the professionals whose business is the evaluation of executive level talent. Based on significant research, input, and testing from these professional communities, we are confident in the integrity and appropriateness of the qualification process. However, if you truly feel that the qualification process was unable to properly evaluate your professional profile as you evaluate your strategy for stepping into a executive level position, we invite you to send an email to validation@chiefmonster.com annotating your questions. |

place - which saves you from having to search through general online sites plus work with offline sources. Based on its backing by TMP Search and Monster, ChiefMonster brings the best of the executive level online and offline opportunities together. |

•
ChiefMonster is exclusive. ChiefMonster's qualification functionality ensures that all of your ChiefMonster peers meet the requirements for membership. |

particular firm. This allows you the opportunity to
investigate and pursue a multitude of positions that you may
not have been aware of if working with only one
firm. |
