Use Manage Opportunities pages to access your Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet, which lets you:

 

Accessing the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet

On any My ChiefMonster page, select Manage Opportunities from the My ChiefMonster Menu drop-down menu to access the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet.
 
Note: You can store up to 15 Job Opportunity Postings in the Manage Opportunities Filing Cabinet.

 
To file an Opportunity Posting you are viewing, click the File Cabinet icon that appears near the bottom of the posting.
 
The Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet appears. The posting appears in the list.

View filed Job Opportunity Postings

Once you have filed a Job Opportunity Posting in the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet, you can see the entire posting by clicking View in the file heading for that posting. The information that appears on this screen is exactly the same as when you viewed and filed it.


To delete postings from the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet, perform the following steps:
1.
Click Remove in the file heading for that posting.
A pop-up window prompts Are you sure that you want to delete this job?
2.
Click OK to delete the posting from the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet. The message "Job Successfully Deleted" appears.

Email Job Opportunity Postings

Once you have filed a Job Opportunity Posting in the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet, you can email that posting to someone by performing the following steps:
1.
Click Email in the file heading for that posting.
2.
Enter the email address for the person to whom you are sending the letter in the Enter an Email Address field.
You can also click Address Book to enter the email address.
3.
Enter the letter subject in the Enter a Subject for the Message field.
4.
Enter any other information in the Additional Comments field (optional).
5.
Enter your name in the Who This Email Is From field.
6.
Click Send to send the letter. The recipient is sent the email, which includes a URL link to the current Job Opportunity Posting.

Apply to filed Job Opportunity Postings

To apply to a posting filed in the Manage Job Opportunities Filing Cabinet, perform the following steps:
1.
Click APPLY ONLINE in the file heading for that posting.
A screen appears displaying the title of the position for which you are applying.
2.
If you have any saved Cover Letters, select the cover letter you want to use for this application from the Cover Letter - Select one of your stored cover letters to send with your resume drop-down list.
If you have not created a cover letter for this application, see Letters for instructions.
3.
Select the resume you want to use for this application from the Resume - Select one of your stored resumes to send drop-down list.
If you have not stored a resume on ChiefMonster, see Resumes for instructions.
4.
Click Apply for this position now!
A message displays indicating that your application has been submitted.
